Happy 1st Day of Classes ~ You'll Need a Coat!

Happy New Years & Cheers to January!
Well the Spring Semester is now "officially" underway & the students are back in action after a long month off. Our office has been in full stride since the 2nd of the month thou with spring transfer students and phone calls to newly accepted high school seniors. Yesterday was our annual Martin Luther King Jr. visit day. It was our first large group visit day of the spring and we easily had 100+ people on hand to receive an almost "standing room only" Clarion Experience!

Best of luck on your first week of classes~

Jake, I just wanted to let you know that althougth the blogs weren't actually meant for the parents, I personally have enjoyed reading each and every one of them! It was a wonderful way to really get a glimpse into college life, not only from my daughter's (a freshman) point of view, but from everyone. It also was a way to see what Caitie was doing because she sometimes would forget to mention something. She knew I was reading her bogs (and the others) so it wasn't like spying which I would never do! Even if the current group of students are finished blogging, I hope you find a few more willing students. It's a terrific vehicle for those potentional students to check out Clarion! Michelle Vancas

Michelle,
Thank you for your kind words! & Yes, Caitie did do a fine job this past fall and we are continuing this project because of its’ much success! These blogs really are meant for parents thou and the entire families of prospective students. I believe it gives us the best chance to reveal our community and “Clarion Family” here to our future students & their families. Our audience so far has been very perceptive to our student journals. Thanks Jake
