With Chrissy off to Boston (Read Below “Chrissy Goes to Boston”) we’ve anxiously awaited our new colleague. We now have a face and a name to our New Assistant Director of Admissions ~ Lisa Bradley! She is all moved into her office next door to me and studied up just in time to hit the road for travel season. Lisa has 3 degrees from Clarion, the last of which, is a Masters of Science Education! Lisa will be a great contributor to our team with her array of skills! I tracked down our new poster girl and she had this to say!
“I’m really excited to be working here in Admissions at CUP! As an Alumnus of Clarion it will be great to introduce new students to my alma-mater & to share my experiences with them”. ~~* LB

Move-In Day 06’ is coming to an end as over 1000 freshmen moved onto campus today! Volunteers from across the university switched to a little manual labor and we conveyed masses of EZ-Mac and Ramen Noodles onto the sidewalks. I believe I moved about 300 refrigerators today* in my Clarion Famous “ASK ME” shirt! I’d like to thank all the families who packed light!~ _jy
Chrissy will be headed to "Beantown" to earn her masters degree at Emerson University in a few days. She has been an Assistant Director of Admissions with us for the past two years. Her last day of work was this past Friday and we celebrated her departure with a pool party/cookout and a most entertaining Piñata exhibition after dinner. She will be missed dearly by us all! If any of you have had a chance to meet Chrissy, you know she will have many new interesting tails to tell of her new city life and adjustments without a car or salary. I'll miss yah pal! I'll be up to visit-the Irish in me yearns for "BAAUSTON". -jy
